Up date your virus program and run a scan. If that doesn't fix it download Malewarebytes and after an update scan your computer with it. It's a good program for removing viruses after they get past your anti-virus program. It is safe to download it from www.download.com.

If this procedure doesn't work call me. Many times it is best to completely wipe all memory from your hard drive and reinstall Windows to get rid of all viruses and system problems. I can save your data before the wipe.
