Network down?

Call me. I make house calls and will get your network up fast. Network problems can be very complicated but you should try this before you call me.

Pull the power off of the modem and the router and then shut down the computer. Wait 20 seconds and first turn on the modem and wait for the steady connect light, then turn on the router and wait for the steady WAN light. Finally, turn on the computer and see if that fixed it.
